Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Big Pecker Bus.
By booking a ride or attending an event hosted on our promotional vehicle, you agree to the
following terms:

  • The Big Pecker Bus is a promotional entertainment vehicle, not a transportation service.
  • All participants must be 21 or older and bring valid ID.
  • No walk-ups allowed; all events are by prior reservation only.
  • All sales are final; no refunds are offered unless specified under our cancellation policy.
  • Guests are responsible for their behavior and personal property at all times.
  • By boarding the vehicle, guests consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of illegal substances or posing
    a safety risk.

Rules of Conduct

To ensure a fun and safe experience for everyone, all guests must follow these rules:

Any damage to the vehicle or its components will be billed to the booking party.

No illegal drugs of any kind permitted on board.

Alcohol is BYOB only. No glass containers allowed.

No hanging out of windows or rooftop openings.

Disrespectful behavior toward staff or other guests may result in immediate removal without refund.

No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle.

Waiver from Damages and Harm

All participants must sign a waiver before boarding. Summary of the waiver includes:

  • I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at my own risk.
  • I waive and release Music City Mafia LLC, The Big Pecker Bus, and its affiliates from any liability
    for injury, illness, property damage, or death occurring during or after my participation.
  • I assume full responsibility for my conduct and any damages I cause.
  • I understand this is a moving promotional venue and agree to follow all safety instructions.
  • I consent to the use of my image in photos or videos taken during the event.
  • This waiver applies to me and any minors or dependents in my party.

A full legal waiver will be provided digitally and must be signed prior to boarding.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final once confirmed. Refunds are only provided under the following conditions:

  • Severe weather as defined by the NOAA, such as:
  • Tornado warnings
  • Flash flooding
  • Extreme wind advisories
  • Widespread weather systems (not just rain or isolated storms)

Additionally, The Big Pecker Bus reserves the right to cancel any booking at our discretion for
reasons including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle maintenance issues
  • Staffing shortages
  • Safety concerns
  • Internal scheduling conflicts

If we cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund or be given the opportunity to reschedule.
